The B&C Associate will report to the B&C Manager. The key role is to manage our merchant billings and 3PL remittances. This requires diligent updating of financial records and updating into the system.
As Business Development Manager, you are expected to generate new sales with existing and potential networks. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful and long-term client relationships.
As Client Success Manager, you are expected to take a proactive role in ensuring that customer needs are translated properly and understood by all internal departments that may handle any issues pertaining to the client’s work.
